This card, displayed in phonebooths in the Manhattan area, provides the user with dialing instructions for various types of cards. Typically used after a dialing change was made, this card informs the user to dial the telephone number for all calls. Prior to the change, users would likely dial O (operator) for all long distance calls.

This card was used with Coin First (CF) payphones. It instructs the user to insert a coin and then listen for dial tone.
